Product Manager

Dealix, a division of ADP Dealer Services, is the principal provider of online leads for car dealers and manufacturers. We are seeking qualified applicants for the position of Product Operations Associate. As the automotive Internet marketing services leader, Dealix offers employees the stability of a profitable business coupled with the professional rewards of working with a leading-edge technology team.

As a Product Manager I, reporting to the Sr. Product Manager of Dealer Products, you will play an integral role in the provisioning and management of the vehicle inventory of our dealer customers as well as the daily operations of our Dealix Product Organization. This position is a great entry level position on the Dealix Product Team leading to careers in Product Management, Project Management, and Operations Management.

Responsibilities:
- Enroll new dealer customers with vehicle inventory as quickly as possible to increase customer satisfaction and start revenue generation.
- Resolve inventory issues by working with Dealers, Sales Team Members, Engineering, and our internal inventory support team.
- Report on inventory provisioning and other key elements of the inventory programs to Executive Management.
- Train the Sales Team in how to best obtain customer information to help ensure accurate provisioning of vehicle inventory.
- Escalate issues to Product Managers, suggesting ways to improve systems and processes, especially related to increasing customer satisfaction and mitigating errors.
- Manage daily requests from internal teams, including the refining of dealer and supply settings and the management of product returns.
- Assist internal team members with technical product related questions and concerns, reporting bugs to product managers for resolution.
- Support special projects as needed.

Qualifications Required:

- Great attention to detail combined with the ability to prioritize and meet aggressive deadlines.
- Proven ability to problem solve and make smart decisions.
- Possess ability to multi-task and have strong organizational skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a positive attitude.
- Ability to work independently
- Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service and data-entry.
- Excellent Computer Skills and working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)

Education:
- Bachelor's degree
